canon 800d. svbony 80mm triplet i think its 480 mm focal length.

140 raw files evaluated. Only images IMG_0106.CR2 - IMG_0173.CR2 have good focus. Of these many are trailed, so only 38 used.

Images raw converted in photoshop CS6 ACR, no flats, no darks, no bias used.

38 images stacked in DSS, save file as m8+m20-reddit-ilovepopalah-IMG_0106-173-av38.a.tif Result in Figure 1.

Color preserving stretch with rnc-color-stretch

Astrophotography Made Simple, a 5 Step Post Processing Work Flow:

Notes on the Figure 2 image:
Hydrogen emission is pink/magenta (fades to red in presence of interstellar dust).
Oxygen emission is Teal (bluish-green).
Blue in M8 and core of M20 is oxugen + hydrogen emission.
Interstellar dust is reddish brown.
Blue on the left (north) of M20 is a reflection nebula.
Many beautiful star colors.

Chromatic aberration was not corrected, as eve in these images, focus was off.
