Jupiter photographed in my home-made 8-inch classical Cassegrain reflector, f/11.5 (2337 mm focal length--I ground and figured the mirrors) operated at f/115 by eyepeice projection (9mm orthoscopic eyepiece) onto 35mm Plus-X film developed in Acufine to ASA 320. Exposures about 2/3 second. Five negatives where scanned at 4000 dpi and digitally stacked to suppress grain and increase contrast.
